Return Policy

At SKIA, we are highly committed towards providing a delightful shopping experience to all our customers. In order to achieve the same, we provide exchange facility to all our customers per the below mentioned policies.

In case your product purchase does not meet your expectation, you can follow the below steps for exchange, within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product 

  • Please drop us an email at orders@skia.in, with your order number, and a brief description about the defect. 
  • We will acknowledge your email (this will be done within 24 hours of receipt), post which you can ship out the piece to the address (as mentioned below for each brand respectively). The cost for shipping the product back to us will be borne by you.
  • When we ship out the corrected item, we shall take care of the shipping charges.

While returning the product, please do keep in mind the following -

  • The item must be in its original condition, and packaging
  • Item(s) that show signs of wear and / or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges
  • We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item before processing any return or exchanges

CHANDNI CHANDRASHEKAR

Every single piece designed & produced at Chandni Chandrashekar goes through stringent quality checks. However, any purchase may be returned if unused, unwashed and undamaged. We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit. The cost of return or exchange is to be borne by the customer. 

We accept returns within 15 days. Chandni Chandrashekar holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

NEONIA

Please note that some variation in colour, texture would be expected, since the products are made on order. In case of return please meal at support@skia.in

NSA Accessories

  • We provide product replacement in case the product is damaged during transit.

K.KRISTINA

  • As a company policy, since our products are made to order, we do not provide refunds on any of the products sold. Once a piece is sold, it can only be exchanged for a replacement.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time

TWACH

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case Twach discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
  • In case Twach discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With leather products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

JODI

  • As a company policy we do not provide refund on any JODI products sold. Once the JODI pieces are sold they can only be exchanged for a replacement.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time

IKROOP

  • The beauty of a hand crafted product lies in its impossibility to be identically replicated. Even though it is our constant endeavor to present to you a product closest to that visible on the shop, there is a 5% variation which is inherent to the production process of glass.  We implore you to take this into consideration while ordering.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time
